Organisers of the National Building & Construction Awards have announced they have opened entries early for 2021 after a virtual pre-launch event took place on Monday 25th January at 11am.
The awards, which are organised by Events & PR, were first launched in 2019 to recognise the excellence of building and construction firms across the UK and are now a firm favourite in the industry’s awards calendar.
Damian Cummins, Awards Director at Events & PR, said: “Over the last 12 months, the construction industry has been severely impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic. Businesses have had to contend with issues such as supply chain problems, managing social distancing on sites, new health and safety measures, and delays in processes like planning and inspections.
“We feel it is more important than ever to celebrate the amazing work and achievements of people working in the building and construction industry and give them something to look forward to.”
Building and construction firms can enter the National Building & Construction Awards at https://nationalbuildingandconstructionawards.co.uk/
The awards ceremony is scheduled to take place at the Copthorne Tara Hotel in Kensington, London on Thursday 28th October.
As a result of several national lockdowns in 2020, the National Building and Construction Awards 2020 final will now take place on Thursday 13th May 2021, also at the Copthorne Tara Hotel.
