New Homes Customer Care (NHCC) is delighted to be a finalist in the National Building & Construction Awards 2020! NHCC was founded to provide specialist customer care support to new home builders across the UK, in four main areas; 1) Surveying and Inspection 2) Remedial Works 3) Outsourced Customer Care 4) Customer Care Software. It is great to be recognised for the work we have done to support the building industry with retrospective Cavity Barrier Inspections on timber framed properties. We developed a specific inspection and remedial scheme in conjunction with our clients that has been tried and tested at scale. We also developed our Scoper Mobile App to enable a detailed report on the before, the after and customer satisfaction, which is time, date, and gps stamped to give client and homeowner confidence in the inspection and remedial approach. This is now available as a service, or as a standalone app (software) for clients to use themselves.
